How long it takes to arrive (different destinations)

The product takes between 2 and 15 days depending on your place of residence within Mexico or the USA.

Can I go and pick out my pallet piece by piece?

The pallets are already assembled, you can choose which one you want but you can not choose piece by piece or make changes between one bale and another, what you can do is visit us in any of our warehouses.

Can I make my payment when I receive my pallet?

Unfortunately we do not work with cash on delivery, but check out all these options.

How do we pack cosmetics?

This is how we pack and ship your cosmetics package, always taking care of the details so that they arrive in perfect condition.

What is the physical condition of the product?

The condition of the product is mostly new, return parts are also included.

Is the merchandise original?

All of our products are 100% original, come from prestigious stores and are recognized brands.

All of our products come from excess store inventories and are brand new and in good condition.
